Hally's, Parsons Green

So I have a new favourite brunch spot.
*I know. Shock horror.*

My friend Francesca introduced me to Hally's in Parsons Green & ever since I've been dreaming of their coffee & jaw dropping carrot cake. It's a life changer.

I forgot to take my big camera, but got snapping away on the trusty iPhone.
This time, I headed over with a hungover, sore head & grumbling stomach with my friends Harriet and Haz for a lazy weekend brunch.

Hally's is a small little cafe, just off the main green.
It's usually pretty packed so I'd advise getting there a bit earlier to nab a spot.

If you're an absolute caffeine fiend like myself, then you're onto a winner here.
The proper 'revive you and bring you to life' kind of coffee.
Just what you need after one too many gins the night before!

The three amigos nattered about the week's antics, work woes & general life.
There's nothing quite like having a good old chin wag with the girls when life's been a little bit crazy.

And their food?

Utterly incredible.
My go-to choice?
The mashed avocado on toast with tomato chilli jam, poached eggs, and a side of smoked salmon.
I could eat this a million times over.

And, of course, we couldn't leave without eating their out-of-this-world carrot cake...

It's a gem.
A beautiful, buzzing little spot in a quiet and charming part of London.

I can't recommend it enough, and to be honest... You'll probably find me in here most weekends!
Happy weekend brunching y'all!
